Dreamee Slumber Parties Terms & Conditions

Party Items Damage/Lost or Stolen:
Any damage or loss to rental equipment will result in a replacement charge. This includes broken teepee poles, ripped fabric, or missing decorations.

Dreamee Slumber Parties reserves the right to terminate your party immediately if illegal activities, rudeness, or disrespect towards our staff occur. In such cases, the full rental fee will still be charged.

Liability to Third Parties:
Dreamee Slumber Parties is not responsible for accidental damages caused by your guests. The host is liable for any damage or injuries caused during the party.

Accidents, injuries, or deaths while using our equipment are not the responsibility of Dreamee Slumber Parties. It is the host's responsibility to supervise guests and ensure safe use of the teepee and tents.

Environment:
Smoking inside or near the teepee is strictly prohibited. Any violations will incur additional charges.

Pets should be kept away from the teepees to prevent fabric damage.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the teepee to avoid stains or pests.

Shoes must be removed before entering the teepees and tents to maintain cleanliness.

Checklist:
A checklist will be provided upon delivery detailing all rental items. The host is responsible for returning all items in the same condition they were delivered.

Photography:
Dreamee Slumber Parties may use event photos for marketing purposes, ensuring no identifiable individuals are included.

Hosts can request photo removal by contacting us directly.

Tag us on your social media! We love seeing the memories created and appreciate your support.

Beverages/Food/Makeup/Pets:
Pets, makeup, food, and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the teepees.

Any stains caused by prohibited items will result in a $100 fee ($50 penalty + $50 cleaning).
