If you feel Dreamee Slumber Parties is the perfect fit for your celebration and you'd like to move forward with booking, we'll send you a personalized proposal and contract to officially reserve your date.

Please note: Your celebration is not officially booked until your contract has been signed and your 50% retainer has been received. Once both have been completed, your celebration date, package, theme, and guest count will be officially reserved.

Need to add more guests or celebration add-ons? No problem! Additional teepees and add-ons can often be added, subject to availability.

Dreamee Slumber Parties proudly serves families throughout New York's Capital Region and surrounding areas, including Burnt Hills, Ballston Lake, Clifton Park, Ballston Spa, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, Schenectady, Albany, and many more!

Delivery, setup, and next-day pickup are included within 20 miles of Burnt Hills, NY. Celebrations outside of our included service area may still be possible, with a travel fee based on distance.

Our teepee sleepovers, luxury tent celebrations, outdoor movie nights, and bell tent glamping experiences are typically enjoyed for approximately 24 hours, giving your guests plenty of time to relax, celebrate, and make unforgettable memories.

Our SlumberUnder, luxury picnic, and spa party experiences are typically available for approximately 4 hours, with setup and breakdown taking place the same day.

3–4 days before your celebration, we'll email you a one to two hour setup window and your estimated breakdown time. We'll also send you a text message with our ETA when we're on our way for both setup and breakdown, so you'll know exactly when to expect us! 💖

For our 24-hour celebrations, setup typically takes place between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, depending on your celebration location, your guests' arrival time, and our schedule for the day. Breakdown is usually scheduled during a similar timeframe the following day.

For our 4-hour experiences, we'll have everything set up and ready to enjoy before your guests arrive. Breakdown typically takes place approximately 4 hours after your celebration begins, unless additional or less time has been arranged.

We'll confirm your 1–2 hour setup window and estimated breakdown time by email 3–5 days before your celebration. We'll also send you a text message with our ETA when we're on our way for both setup and breakdown, so you'll know exactly when to expect us! 💖

Need a little extra time? Additional hours may be available for select experiences, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Absolutely! 💖 We take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

We'll deliver, set up, style your celebration, and return afterward to carefully break everything down and pack it all away.

Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included within 20 miles of Burnt Hills, NY. Celebrations outside of our included service area are welcome too! A travel fee of $3 per mile (round trip, including both setup and breakdown) applies to locations beyond our 20-mile service radius.

Depending on your package, guest count, and personalized details, most setups take 1–3 hours. Breakdown typically takes 30–60 minutes.

Our celebrations are designed for all ages! 💖 We offer experiences for children, teens, and even adults.

✨ Dreamee Slumber Parties are recommended for ages 6 and up and are perfect for first sleepovers, birthdays, Sweet 16 celebrations, family gatherings, and more.

✨ Dreamee SlumberUnder experiences are designed for ages 3 and up who aren't quite ready for an overnight sleepover but still want all the fun and excitement of a magical celebration.

No matter the age, every celebration is thoughtfully designed to create unforgettable memories and can be personalized to match your guest of honor's favorite colors, interests, or theme. ✨

Yes—but only during setup and breakdown. 💖

Almost all of our décor is battery-operated, which helps create a safer celebration by minimizing cords around children.

During setup and breakdown, we'll need access to a standard electrical outlet. However, certain add-ons, such as our Foot Spas, Palm Tree Add-On, snowflake & black light projectors and celebrations that include other projectors, will require access to power throughout the event.

We don't stay to host the celebration, but we'll make sure everything is beautifully set up and ready for you to enjoy before we leave. 💖

Once everything is complete, the celebration is yours to enjoy with your family and guests. We'll return at the scheduled time to carefully break everything down and pack everything away.

Whether you'd like to customize one of our existing themes, mix and match elements from multiple themes, or create something completely custom, we'd love to help bring your vision to life.

Absolutely! 💙 We love creating celebrations for boys just as much as we do for girls.

Whether they're into gaming, camping, sports, space, movies, Harry Potter-inspired adventures, or something completely unique, we'll work with you to create a celebration they'll be excited about.

Many of our themes can also be customized or mixed and matched to fit your child's interests, favorite colors, or hobbies.

The sooner, the better! 💖

While we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, many weekends and popular dates fill much earlier, especially during spring, summer, and the holiday season.

Last-minute bookings may still be available, depending on our schedule and time needed.

Please note: Celebrations booked within one week of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

We offer two air mattress sizes to accommodate your space and celebration needs:

DreamFit Mini: Compact and space-saving, these mattresses measure 34.5" width x 62" length x 7" height, making them perfect for smaller setups or our SlumberUnder package.

DreamFit Deluxe (Twin size): Spacious and luxurious, these mattresses measure 39" width x 75" length x 10" height, providing maximum comfort for full-scale sleepovers.

By default, the DreamFit Deluxe mattresses are included with our standard sleepover packages, while the DreamFit Minis are included with our SlumberUnder package. However, you can request either option to best suit your needs!

Not much—we take care of almost everything! 💖

Each setup includes:

• Air mattress
• Mattress protector
• Fitted sheet
• Cozy blanket
• Decorative pillows and styling

Guests should simply bring:

• Pajamas
• Their favorite sleeping pillow (unless you've added our Keepsake Pillow & Personalized Pillowcase Add-On)
• Any personal overnight items they'd normally need, such as a toothbrush, hairbrush, medications, or a change of clothes.

If a guest prefers a little extra comfort, they're always welcome to bring an additional blanket from home.

Our Keepsake Pillow & Personalized Pillowcase Add-On includes a standard-size pillow and a personalized pillowcase for each guest—a fun and practical keepsake they'll enjoy during and long after the celebration! 💖

To help make setup as smooth and efficient as possible, please have the designated setup area clean, clear, and ready before we arrive. 💖

Please note that we're unable to move furniture or other household items, so we kindly ask that the space be prepared in advance.

During the winter months, if snow or ice is present, please make sure walkways and the path to your setup location have been shoveled and treated for safe access.

We'll take care of the rest—and we can't wait to help create a magical celebration for you! ✨

Once all the details of your celebration have been finalized, a 50% retainer is required to officially reserve your date. 💖

Your celebration is not officially booked until your contract has been signed and your 50% retainer has been received.

Your family's health, safety, and comfort are incredibly important to us. 💖

After every celebration, all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before its next use. All bedding is freshly laundered using a hypoallergenic detergent, and mattress protectors are cleaned between every rental.

Every celebration is set up using freshly laundered bedding and sanitized equipment, so you can feel confident knowing everything has been carefully prepared for your family.

We take great pride in maintaining our inventory so every family can enjoy a clean, fresh, and beautifully prepared celebration.

Absolutely! 💖 Why should the kids have all the fun? 

Our teepees and luxury tent setups are perfect for adults, too! Whether you're celebrating a birthday, girls' night, bridal shower, bachelorette party, anniversary, or simply planning a unique night in, we'd love to help create a celebration you'll never forget.

Our standard setups include comfortable twin-size air mattresses, making them a great fit for both adults and children.

If you have a specific vision in mind, we'd love to help bring it to life!

A $75 refundable damage deposit is required for all Dreamee Slumber Parties rentals. 💖

Your refundable damage deposit is fully refunded after pickup and inspection, provided all rental items are returned in the same condition they were received.

If damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning is required, we'll provide an itemized summary of any applicable charges, and any remaining balance of your refundable damage deposit will be promptly refunded.

We understand that plans can change, and we'll always do our best to help. 💖

If you cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled celebration:

• Any payments made beyond your 50% non-refundable retainer will be refunded.

If you need to cancel within 14 days of your celebration:

• Payments are non-refundable, as we've already begun preparing for your event and reserved your date.
• If your balance has been paid in full, we're happy to apply your payment toward a future celebration within one year, subject to availability.

There is no rescheduling fee, and we'll do our best to find a new date that works for you.

Yes! Before officially booking your celebration, you'll receive a copy of our Service Agreement outlining our policies, procedures, and rental terms. 💖

We encourage you to review everything carefully before signing your contract and paying your retainer. If you have any questions at all, we're always happy to help explain anything before your celebration is officially booked.

For everyone's safety and peace of mind, we kindly ask that someone be present during setup. 💖

Having someone home allows us to walk through the completed setup together, answer any last-minute questions, and make sure everything is just right before we leave.

It also helps protect both your home and our team, so we do not enter unattended homes, even with permission.

Design mock-ups are only available for completely custom themes and are not included as part of our standard booking process. 💖

Because each mock-up is created specifically for your celebration and requires additional design time, there is a $50 non-refundable, transferable design fee.

If you decide to move forward with your booking, the $50 mock-up fee will be applied toward your booking total.

If inclement weather is expected, we'll discuss your available options, which may include rescheduling your celebration or applying your payment toward a future date (subject to availability).

If you have enough indoor space and would prefer to move your celebration inside, we're happy to do that whenever possible.
