Head over to our Book/Inquiry and fill out the Party Inquiry form. We will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your party and secure your reservation. Please note, your party isn't officially booked until you receive confirmation from us.
Once you hear from us, signing a contract and paying a deposit will finalize your reservation. This guarantees the number of teepees/tents you need. You can always add more teepees later, if available.
Our secure booking system accepts payments via credit card or bank transfer.
We service many areas including Clifton Park, Ballston Lake Burnt Hills, Ballston Spa, Saratoga Springs, Glen's Falls, Schenectady, Albany and many other areas in the Capital District of Upstate NY.
**please note, travel fees may apply for locations further then 20 miles from Burnt Hills.
Teepee and Tent rentals are available for approximately 24 hours, while Dreamee SlumberUnders are for approximately 4 hours. The drop-off and pick-up times will be thoroughly communicated to ensure a seamless experience.
24-Hour Rentals
Our standard rental period is 24 hours. Setups usually begin around 10 AM and may extend to 3 PM, depending on the number of bookings and locations for that day. Take down and Pickup will occur the following morning during a similar timeframe. Specific details will be outlined in your contract.
4-Hour Rentals
For shorter events, we offer a 4-hour rental option. Setups will be completed at least one hour before your guests arrive, ensuring everything is ready for your event. Pickup is scheduled approximately 4 hours after the event's start time, with the latest pickup time being 8 PM.

Need more time? Extra hours can be added based on availability and may include an additional cost.
Yes! We deliver, set up, style and come back the next day to take down, pick up and take it away for you!
We will deliver at no extra cost within 20 miles of Burnt Hills, NY. Setup typically takes 1- 3 hours for party setups and 30 minutes - 1 hour for take down & pick up.

Yes and no! Almost all of our décor is battery-operated to ensure safety and avoid accidents with cords around children. However, we do require a power source during setup and breakdown.
Please note: The Palm Tree Add-On does require a power source during the event.
We don’t stay to host the party, but we make sure everything is perfectly set up and ready for you to enjoy. We always joke that the setups are so fun and magical, we wish we could stay!

Parties should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. If booked 1 week prior to the date of the event, the full balance for the party is due the day it is booked.
We use twin-size air mattresses measuring 76 inches long by 40 inches wide for our tents and teepees. These mattresses fit perfectly, creating a snug and seamless look with our setups.
At Dreamee Slumber Parties, we provide a standard-size pillow for each guest, ensuring their comfort during the party. We also offer custom pillowcases as an upgrade—these make fantastic party favors and are always a HUGE hit!
$5 per guest: Standard pillow
$12 per guest: Keep the pillow and a personalized pillowcase

Important Notes:
**If your guest prefers to use more than one pillow, we recommend bringing an additional sleeping pillow from home.
**While we provide decorative throw pillows as part of the setup, they are not meant for sleeping.
**Each tent or teepee includes a cozy throw blanket. However, guests are welcome to bring an extra blanket for added comfort if desired.
To ensure a smooth and efficient setup, please make sure the designated area for the tents or teepees is clear, clean, and ready prior to our arrival. Kindly note that we are unable to move furniture or household items. Additionally, if there is snow or ice on the ground, please ensure the path to your door is shoveled and de-iced/salted for safe access. We can’t wait to help make your party magical!
Once all details are finalized, we will request a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The $75 damage deposit will be due with the final payment, one week prior to the party date. This deposit will be refunded after the rental equipment is picked up in its original condition following the event.
At Dreamee Slumber Parties, your safety and comfort are our highest priorities. We take meticulous care to ensure that all of our sleepover materials meet the highest standards of cleanliness. After each event, our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, while all bedding is laundered with hypoallergenic detergent to ensure it is safe for even the most sensitive skin. Rest assured, your health and peace of mind are at the heart of everything we do!

Our teepees stand 5 feet tall, making them perfect for both adults and children! Each setup includes twin-sized air mattresses for cozy comfort.

A damage deposit is a refundable fee that will be returned after an inspection of all rental equipment. If any damages occur during the rental period, an itemized summary of damage charges will be provided. Any remaining balance from the deposit will be refunded to you.
The damage deposit is due along with the final payment, one week prior to the event.
We understand that plans can change! Below outlines how to handle a cancellation
14 Days or More Prior to the Scheduled Party:
You will receive a full refund, minus the security deposit.
Within 7 Days Prior to the Scheduled Party:
If all fees have been paid, you can transfer the funds to a later date.
**please note, rescheduling must occur within one year from the original date, subject to availability, with no additional rescheduling fee.
Before confirming your booking, we'll provide you our Terms and Conditions. This ensures you understand our policies before making a deposit. Dreamee Slumber Parties provides a service agreement outlining these terms. By booking, you acknowledge that you've reviewed and agree to them.
