Head over to our Book/Inquiry and fill out the Party Inquiry form. We will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your party and secure your reservation. Please note, your party isn't officially booked until you receive confirmation from us.
Once you hear from us, signing a contract and paying a deposit will finalize your reservation. This guarantees the number of teepees/tents you need. You can always add more teepees later, if available.
Our secure booking system accepts payments via credit card or bank transfer.
We service many areas including Clifton Park, Ballston Lake Burnt Hills, Ballston Spa, Saratoga Springs, Glen's Falls, Schenectady, Albany and many other areas in the Capital District of Upstate NY.
**please note, travel fees may apply for locations further then 20 miles from Burnt Hills, NY.
Teepee and Tent rentals are available for approximately 24 hours
Dreamee SlumberUnders, Picnics and Spa parties are for approximately 4 hours.
Dreamee Poolside Cabana's is a day rental.
The drop-off and pick-up times will be thoroughly communicated to ensure a seamless experience.
24-Hour Rentals
Our standard rental period is 24 hours. Setups usually begin around 9 AM and may extend to 4 PM, depending on the number of bookings and locations for that day. Take down and Pickup will occur the following morning during a similar timeframe. Specific details will be discussed and outlined for you.
4-Hour Rentals
For shorter events, we offer a 4-hour rental option. Setups will be completed at least one hour before your guests arrive, ensuring everything is ready for your event. Pickup is scheduled approximately 4 hours after the event's start time, with the latest pickup time being 8 PM.
Additional Time:
Need more time? Extra hours can be added based on availability and may include an additional cost.
Outside Day Rentals
Poolside Cabanas are delivered and set up the morning of your event, typically between 9 AM and 12 PM. We’ll coordinate a time with you in advance based on your party’s start time and our route that day.
Pickup takes place the same evening, generally between 6 PM and 8 PM. We’ll always confirm your final setup and pickup times via email before the event to make sure it aligns with your party plans and location needs.
⛅️ In the case of bad weather, we’ll be in touch or of course, you can reach out to us, with rescheduling options or credit toward a future booking. If available and of interest , we will also give you the options to move your event inside.
Yes! We deliver, set up, style and come back the next day to take down, pick up and take it away for you!
We will deliver at no extra cost within 20 miles of Burnt Hills, NY. Setup typically takes 1- 3 hours for party setups and 30 minutes - 1 hour for take down & pick up.

Yes and no! Almost all of our décor is battery-operated to ensure safety and avoid accidents with cords around children. However, we do require a power source during setup and breakdown.
Please note: The foot Spa's, The Palm Tree Add-On, and if your choosen theme uses a projector, they do require a power source during the event.
We do not stay to host the party, but we make sure everything is perfectly set up and ready for you to enjoy. We always joke that the setups are so fun and magical, we wish we could stay!

Yes, boys love teepee and tent sleepovers, too! We can create a theme they'll love like Gamer, Camping, Sports, and more! Contact us to discuss your custom theme ideas and make sure to check out our Gamer, Movie Theater and Camping Theme too! Cannot wait to hear what he decides on!
Parties should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. If booked 1 week prior to the date of the event, the full balance for the party is due the day it is booked.
We offer two air mattress sizes to accommodate your space and celebration needs:
DreamFit Mini: Compact and space-saving, these mattresses measure 34.5" width x 62" length x 7" height, making them perfect for smaller setups or our SlumberUnder package.
DreamFit Deluxe (Twin size): Spacious and luxurious, these mattresses measure 39" width x 75" length x 10" height, providing maximum comfort for full-scale sleepovers.
By default, the DreamFit Deluxe mattresses are included with our standard sleepover packages, while the DreamFit Minis are included with our SlumberUnder package. However, you can request either option to best suit your needs!
At Dreamee Slumber Parties, we provide a standard-size pillow for each guest, ensuring their comfort during the party. We also offer custom pillowcases as an upgrade—these make fantastic party favors and are always a HUGE hit!

Important Notes:
**If your guest prefers to use more than one pillow, we recommend bringing an additional sleeping pillow from home.
**While we provide decorative throw pillows as part of the setup, they are not meant for sleeping.
**Each tent or teepee includes a cozy throw blanket. However, guests are welcome to bring an extra blanket for added comfort if desired.
To ensure a smooth and efficient setup, please make sure the designated area for the tents or teepees is clear, clean, and ready prior to our arrival. Kindly note that we are unable to move furniture or household items. Additionally, if there is snow or ice on the ground, please ensure the path to your door is shoveled and de-iced/salted for safe access. We can’t wait to help make your party magical!
Once all details are finalized, we will request a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
At Dreamee Slumber Parties, your safety and comfort are our highest priorities. We take meticulous care to ensure that all of our sleepover materials meet the highest standards of cleanliness. After each event, our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, while all bedding is laundered with hypoallergenic detergent to ensure it is safe for even the most sensitive skin. Rest assured, your health and peace of mind are at the heart of everything we do!

Our teepees stand 5 feet tall, making them perfect for both adults and children! Each setup includes twin-sized air mattresses for cozy comfort.

A damage deposit is a refundable fee that will be returned after an inspection of all rental equipment. If any damages occur during the rental period, an itemized summary of damage charges will be provided. Any remaining balance from the deposit will be refunded to you.
We understand that plans can change! Below outlines how to handle a cancellation
14 Days or More Prior to the Scheduled Party:
You will receive a full refund, minus the 50% security deposit.
Within 7 Days Prior to the Scheduled Party:
If all fees have been paid, you can transfer the funds to a later date.
**please note, rescheduling must occur within one year from the original date, subject to availability, with no additional rescheduling fee.
Before confirming your booking, we'll provide you our Terms and Conditions. This ensures you understand our policies before making a deposit. Dreamee Slumber Parties provides a service agreement outlining these terms. By booking, you acknowledge that you've reviewed and agree to them. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask for clarification before booking your party.
We kindly ask that someone is present during setup — for safety, liability, and peace of mind on both sides. Entering an unattended home (even with permission) can raise concerns, especially if the space isn’t fully ready or if something goes missing or gets damaged. Having someone present allows us to confirm everything is perfect before we leave!
Yes! We understand that visualizing your custom theme can be helpful and is important. Because we care, mock photos take alot of time and effort to create. We require a $50 non-refundable but transferable, charge for mock-ups.
If you decide to book with Dreamee Slumber Parties, this $50 will go toward your booking.
If you choose not to move forward, the fee compensates for the time spent creating your personalized preview.
This ensures we can continue offering high-quality customizations while valuing our time and expertise.

We totally understand that weather can change fast! If rain or storms are in the forecast, we’ll go over rescheduling options with you or apply your payment toward a future event (based on availability).
